FrameFix Return Policy
At FrameFix, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility:
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
- Discounted or sale items (unless defective)
Return Process:
- Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact our customer support at support@framefix.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: After the return is approved, we will provide shipping instructions. You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the item.
Refunds:
- If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
- For items purchased with store credit or a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@framefix.com.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@framefix.com.
